Delhi Talent Hunt (DTH) is conducted in accordance with the official rules, eligibility criteria, and operational framework published on this website. Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all applicable rules, policies, and decisions of the Organising Authority.

Participation is strictly subject to verification of age (16–35 years), Delhi residency and/or enrolment in an educational institution located in Delhi, and submission of valid identification documents. Any misrepresentation, concealment off facts, or submission of false information shall result in immediate disqualification at any stage, including after shortlisting, advancement, or announcement of results.

The Organising Authority, the concerned Department, Management Agency, technical service providers, jury members, social media partners, and associated vendors shall not be liable for:

• Technical errors, server downtime, system interruptions, or cyber incidents
• Internet connectivity issues or participant device malfunctions
• Interruptions, restrictions, or failures of third-party platforms, including social media voting platforms
• Data delays caused by external APIs or integrations
• Loss, corruption, or delay of uploads due to user-side errors
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, repetitional, or financial loss arising from participation

All responsibility for submitted content, including copyright compliance, licenses, originality, and legal validity, rests solely with the participant. Any violation involving intellectual property infringement, obscenity, nudity, hate speech, political propaganda, defamation, or unlawful content may result in immediate disqualification and may attract civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable law.

The Organising Authority reserves the absolute right to:

• Modify rules, schedules, formats, or eligibility conditions
• Suspend or cancel any phase of the competition
• Freeze or invalidate voting if manipulation or irregularity is suspected
• Re-verify eligibility at any stage
• Withhold or revoke awards if discrepancies are discovered later

Public voting (where applicable) may rely on third-party social media platforms. The Organising Authority does not control the internal policies, technical systems, or outages of such platforms and shall not be held responsible for disruptions, vote losses, or technical anomalies arising therefrom.

Under no circumstances shall the Organising Authority or associated entities be liable beyond the scope of administrative participation in the contest. Participation does not create any contractual employment, partnership, or financial entitlement.

All disputes shall be subject to applicable laws of India and Delhi jurisdiction as defined in the Terms & Conditions. Decisions of the Organising Authority shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
